I was waiting until the Apple Creek Oral Surgery website was updated to to do a review since Dr. Chad Seubert is not listed as an Oral Surgeon there; however, it is currently still not updated, so I want to take the time to give a HUGE shout out to Dr. Seubert, his assistants, and all of the other staff I encountered at Apple Creek Oral Surgery. I was impressed from day one, and I am so thankful I pushed to be seen at a different clinic as my Dentist normally sends her patients to another facility. I had been to the other surgical center many times over the past 20 something years, and I truly needed a change. Apple Creek took excellent care of me, and Dr. Seubert was funny, calming, and did an amazing job at putting the catheter in my arm for my procedure. Bonus points there! I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Seubert, and although I'm still healing from my procedure, I have had zero complications! Anyone who knows me understands that something always seems to go wrong with surgeries, procedures, etc... when it comes to me, so this is a big deal! I'm impressed with this surgical center, and I highly recommend them!! ~Lisa Parrett

They were so nice. I had to have all my wisdom teeth out and was very nervous as I've never had any teeth pulled before. They were very calming and talked me through everything. I was terrified to be put to sleep and Dr. Koll said that was fine and did it while I was still awake. He talked to me the whole time and kept me as calm and relaxed as you can be when you're having 4 teeth pulled. It was a great experience, I'm glad I chose this office.

I’ve had two molars extracted now with two implants put in and been very happy with the results. The office is clean and organized, and there was virtually no waiting beforehand. Staff are delightful, and Dr. Kelly and his assistant Erin were very easy to work with (that’s why I came back to have the second one done here). I highly recommend Apple Creek Oral Surgery.

I was a patient of Apple Creek Oral Surgery and I must admit they showed amazing compassion for a very complicated tooth removal. I don't envy their job as they take care of the most difficult dental situations. Thank you for your amazing treatment. I highly recommend their office. 8 year old son had a horrible experience. They do not know how to work with children. My son was nervous for the procedure and was not as still as he should have been but the staff was not patient with him either. He informed me that the staff would not listen to him when he stated that he needed a Kleenex to blow his nose in order to breathe through his nose like directed. He also told me that the dentist covered his mouth and told him to shut up. They started the procedure but couldn't finish but still proceeded to cut open his mouth and leaving him with stitches. Not happy with the services provided!
