Prior to a procedure you need to send out reminders to patients regarding pre-op instructions like Most facilities do for there patients. My 91y/o mother inlaw was completely numbed up , then was asked if she stopped a medication prior to her procedure. Do know numbing can be worse than the procedure itself. Since she didn't stop her med, she was sent home. Now your unable to get her in for 4 more months.

I just got done getting all four wisdom teeth removed; I was super scared about the IV they give you for Anastasia, but let me tell you. They make it as painless as possible, I'm telling you, I may have felt a little pinch for not even a full second, and everything was gone. About a few minutes after that, I was out and then woke up all ready to go, The staff was very friendly and ensured I was good. Would highly recommend this place! Dr.Kelly was great and everyone else there was great too! I have a terrible memory when it comes to names, but I can tell you that they are good at making you feel comforatable.

The doctor that performed my extraction was great! The hygienist and assistants were friendly and professional. With all of that I would still avoid this place at all costs. I find myself very disappointed in the billing process and how it was handled. I was given an estimate that was completely inaccurate. I have 2 dental insurance plus 1 health insurance. I contacted all 3 PRIOR to ever scheduling anything at this office, because to my understanding I would be responsible for around $300. This is roughly the same information I was given by the woman at the reception desk. Then I recieved the bill! It was 3× more!!! I would have NEVER agreed to this price. When I called to inquire about the inaccurate cost. The empoyee on the phone call was extremely callous. Very condecending with a holy than thou demeanor. She said I was not covered. It's disheartening, the lack of transparency in the estimates, the bait and switch techniques used here. If you have already fallen prey to the dishonest and shifty business practices used here. Let them sell your bill to collections for pennies on the dollar. You can settle with the collection agency for much less money with no damage to your credit.

I was terrified to have my 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I had a consult (drove from 4 hours away) and they talked me through the procedure. I was able to schedule the appointment in less than a month which I thought was extremely quick. I did have to pay roughly $1600 on my card prior to the surgery as part of my copay. I went back, they sat me in the chair and started the IV process. My nerves were through the roof and I started having a panic attack and crying. A very kind nurse came and squeezed my hand and told me I was going to be ok. Once they started the IV I was out and didn't feel a thing! It was like I blinked and I woke up groggily and remember being brought to the car. Afterwards I didn't have much pain until the evening when my jaw started to ache. It was a few rough nights of sleeping but I healed up great and I'm glad I chose them! And as a bonus, I received a check back reiumbursing me the money as my insurance paid enough!
