I was terrified to have my 4 wisdom teeth taken out. I had a consult (drove from 4 hours away) and they talked me through the procedure. I was able to schedule the appointment in less than a month which I thought was extremely quick. I did have to pay roughly $1600 on my card prior to the surgery as part of my copay. I went back, they sat me in the chair and started the IV process. My nerves were through the roof and I started having a panic attack and crying. A very kind nurse came and squeezed my hand and told me I was going to be ok. Once they started the IV I was out and didn't feel a thing! It was like I blinked and I woke up groggily and remember being brought to the car. Afterwards I didn't have much pain until the evening when my jaw started to ache. It was a few rough nights of sleeping but I healed up great and I'm glad I chose them! And as a bonus, I received a check back reiumbursing me the money as my insurance paid enough!

On September 4, 2024, at 1:20 pm, I called the clinic to inquire about a procedure for my son. The person who answered the phone was rude and disrespectful. My referral had already contacted them, and the clinic was supposed to call me for an appointment. However, they claimed that they didn't have my phone number. She called my name, but I did not tell her my name. When I asked about the procedure and our insurance, she refused to discuss it, yelled at me, and hung up. When my wife called back, she threatened to call the police. We are now unsure of how to proceed in getting medical service. We need help resolving this issue. Please be very careful when you are calling this clinic for an appointment.

The clinical staff were great, but the reception team was very unprofessional. While I was in the waiting room I could hear them talking negatively about their patients.

I will say: they did really well on the actual procedure. My sutures are really good and I barely feel them. However, I think they could learn to work with people better. First off, I barely knew what was happening and they didn't talk me through much besides the catheter. Next thing I know I'm seated and they drug me immediately like they were on a time crunch. When I wake up, I am FREEZING. Like full body shaking, no blanket on me or anything. I was a little loopy and was asking questions about my blood pressure and such yet they ignored me. THE WORST PART HOWEVER, was that they did NOT talk through discharge instructions AT ALL with me or the driver. They shoved me into the car and left, with a piece of paper I'm supposed to read and figure out myself. I had no idea if they even ordered my medication or if I had to call them. Overall, did well on procedure but could be better when dealing with people. I felt more like just another number/surgery and not a person.
